Profit Soft LLC focuses on building algorithmic execution software for digital asset markets. Our systems connect to exchanges through API keys that you create and control. These keys are configured with trading permissions only; withdrawal rights are not used or required in the standard setup.

We do not hold, manage, pool or safeguard client funds. We do not accept deposits. We do not operate investment products, investment funds, portfolios, managed accounts or collective schemes. Our role is limited to the technical operation of software that users choose to run on their own exchange accounts.

You keep your funds on your own exchange accounts under your direct control.

You create API keys with trading permissions and without withdrawal rights, according to exchange capabilities.
3.
Our infrastructure runs algorithms that place orders on your behalf via those API keys, under a private non-custodial service arrangement.

You can pause or revoke access at any time by modifying or deleting your API keys on the exchange side.

We never ask users to transfer funds to Profit Soft LLC. All balances remain on exchanges where users already operate. We do not take control of client assets and do not provide safekeeping or custody services.

We do not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. All decisions regarding trading, capital allocation and risk remain fully under the user’s control. Any use of our software should be evaluated independently by each user in light of their own objectives, risk tolerance and regulatory situation.
